Hi All,
 
While performing the NBU Up gradation from 6.5.6 to 7.5.3 we have to migrate our catalog which is currently inside the HP UX 11.21 but our new master server is RHEL 5 , Could you please confirm it If I migrate my Catalog from HP Unix to Rhel , the catalog will remain in consistent state .

Yes, but you must migrate it to the same version of NBU.
