Restore on Windows 2008 R2 server

Hi,

i have a windows 2008 R2 Server x64 as a client. My master/media server is using NetBackup 7.  Do i have a special settings to do to restore Windows 2008 files?

I used remote desktop to connect to my client then i tried to restore a files in the c:\hp. I always have an access denied. Here is the error that i get:

09:08:33 (7846.xxx) INF - Status = the restore failed to recover the requested files.


I'm running NetBackup Client with the Local System Account.

  1. If urgent, try the restore from the Master.
  2. Look in Master server properties (Client Attributes tab) to see if client restore is allowed (should be as default).
  3. Run BAR executable as administrator (i.e. right-click, run as ...)
