SLP/AIR for OST HP StoreOnce, cannot import in DR

Hi,

New Environment

DC media linux redhat 5.5 x64

DR linux oracle linux 5.10 x64

netbackup 7.6

hp storeonce vsa/demo license

I setup folowing  Document: Setup Instructions for the HP OpenStorage (OST) Plug-in for Symantec NetBackup using HP StoreOnce Backup Systems

AIR/SLP job failed while importing at second site

backup and replicate is running at DC-master but import job in DR-master failed.

DC store VSA 10.98.2.168

DR store VSA 10.98.2.169

I think I have problem at : hp-StoreOnceCatalyst:10.98.2.169 does not exist in the map , Ibut the problem still there although I already tried serveral changes in configuration

Hello

NetBackup is erroring out due to a error code being thrown (2060022 software error) by StoreOnce.

I really  know nothing about StoreOnce, but it looks like the error hp-StoreOnceCatalyst:10.98.2.169 does not exist in the map, means something that is not configured possibly? I would reach out to HP about this.

When I have seen this error before customers were dealing with firmware changes and needed to reinstall the OST plugin.

We try to install the Oracle Linux to Redhat 5.5 x64 same on both server but still problem for import. 

I install another LAB system with both 2 master server is CentOS 6.5 x64 on VMware Workstation, HP StoreOnce VSA on ESXi 5.1. There no issue.

Another one install Lab system with both master server is Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 on VMware Workstation.

Also no problem.

Very hard to fix.

Hello, i provide the solution, OK systems had StoreOnce configured by IP. When I configure StoreOnce SLP-AIR, topology parameters change to IP, so it may failed if we set StoreOnce by hostname at StorgeServer.

However HP document didnot mention this.
