Your issue is not with snapshots. Status 41 can be caused by many factors.
Try following the suggested resolutions from:
$ bperror -S 41 -r

Can you throw some light on this issue?

If you haven't done so already, set the logging on your client side to as high as you can (verbose 3 or higher) Make sure you have space for the logs on the client - the TroubleShooting Guide has a full list of the logs you'll need for clients and the master/media server.
You haven't indicated what sort of client this is (Windows, Linux, other UNIX). If you have access to it, or have a case open with support, get them to provide you the Apparent Networks SAS tool and run tests between the client and the master - it's a great way to really verify you have a solid network.
You might also want to narrow your focus to using bperror -problems -hoursago <integer_hours> -U to clear out the chatter that is shown. If you have 6.x use http://support.veritas.com/docs/278422 and if you have 5.x use http://support.veritas.com/docs/277695
