After installing the NetBAckup 7.5.0.6 in my Backup domain, i can run the file level backup of Windows server 2012 sucessfully.

===========================================

SUPPORT - The following Windows 2012/8 support applies to this package:

1. System State and Active Directory with GRT are supported.
2. NTFS and ReFS file systems are supported. ReFS is specific to
Windows 2012 and does not apply to Windows 8.
3. DFSR is supported.
4. VSS open file backup is supported.
5. Accelerator is supported with the NTFS file system.
6. Accelerator is supported with the ReFS file system, but not with
"Change Journal" enabled.
7. NBAC is supported.
8. FlashBackup is supported with the NTFS file system, but not with ReFS.
9. VMware and Hyper-V backup and recovery are supported. VMware and Hyper-V
file recovery, DB recovery, and GRT recovery are supported.
10. Hyper-V Backup Host is supported on Windows 2012.
11. SAN Client is supported on Windows 2012.
12. Snapshot Client (SNC VSS) is supported on Windows 2012 with the NTFS file
system.
13. Replication Director (NetBackup Client RD) is supported on Windows 2012.
14. Windows 2012 Server Core option (no longer a separate OS install) is
supported.

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH126904

LIMITATIONS - The following Windows 2012/8 limitations apply to this package:

1. BMR Client/Boot Server is not supported.
2. Client Direct/Client Side Dedupe/MSDP/PDDO are not supported.
3. Remote VSS (a new Microsoft Windows 2012 feature) is not supported.
4. The files on an NTFS deduplication volume will be backed up in full and not
in optimized form.
5. Restoring files backed up from an NTFS file system, to an ReFS file system,
is not supported. As a workaround, it is possible to restore to an NTFS file
system, remove attributes not supported by ReFS, then copy files to the ReFS
file system.
6. VMware Backup Host is not supported.
7. File-level recovery from a Hyper-V backup is not supported when:
- The file originates from a Resilient File System (ReFS) volume, or
- The virtual machine is composed of VHDX file(s).
File-level recovery continues to be supported when the file originates
from an NTFS volume and the virtual machine is composed of VHD file(s).
8. Remote Admin Console is not supported on Windows 2012/8.
9. Java Windows Administration Console is not supported on Windows 2012/8.
10. LiveUpdate is not supported on Windows 2012/8 for NetBackup 7.1.0.4
