System State backup using NB 7.1.1

We are having problem backing up "Shadow Copy Components:\" for windows 2008 R2 and some of the windows 2003 using Nb 7.1.1.

What kind of 'problem'?   What is the status code?

In stream backup keeps alive, once it completed after 9hrs.When you run backup with no strams it hangs and eventually fails with 84 or 41.

We need more information:

• complete detail status
• take a look at the event viewer on the client
• get the bpcd, bpfis and bpbkar log
• since you are getting a 84 you might also want to get bpcd, bprm and bptm from the media server
