The Backup was queuing and show the message is:

6/2/2011 9:08:57 AM - requesting resource NewsGroup

6/2/2011 9:08:57 AM - requesting resource win2k8-3.NBU_CLIENT.MAXJOBS.Win2k8-3

6/2/2011 9:08:57 AM - requesting resource win2k8-3.NBU_POLICY.MAXJOBS.New

what that mean ? something problem ?

NetBackup is carrying out checks for available physical or logical "resources" which enable it to carry out the backup.

e.g. storage unit availability, maximum number of jobs per client, maximum number of jobs per policy

If the job is queueing then the next line will probably indicate what resource it is awaiting.

e.g. Limit has been reached for the logical resource maximum jobs per policy
