Unable to import data from Expired Media

Hi Team

I am unable to import the data from the Expired Media, the media is write protected and inserted in the library. I am getting the below error, please help me.

Please let me know what need to be done?

Move the media into a different pool before importing.  You cannot import media in the scratch pool.

Right click the media in the gui, select ''change'  In the pop up window you can move it to a different pool.
