Hi, I have a brand new HP laptop that has come with pre-installed Norton, which uninstalled to install Corporate Edition of SAV10.2 (for
Vista).
But looks like old Norton left some strains....not sure....but when I run SAV setup, it throws error - "
Please reboot and try again. note: You may need to run NONAV249.exe if the reinstall fails".
Now...I ran nonav thats available on net...I ran Norton_Removal_Tool and Cleanwipe etc, but no help.
This does not seem to be a very uncommon issue...so wanted to check with the Group here, for thoughts....ideas on how to fix/be able to setup SAV on my laptop.
