Upgrade from Netbackup 7.7 to 8.1

Hello y'all.  We are planning on upgrading our Single Netbackup Master Server and 4 Meida Servers from 7.7 to 8.1.  From what I read we have to deal with these Certificates.  Has anyone ran into any issues with Certificates, like not being able to backup vmdks or RMAN backups?  Any gotcha's we need to lok out for when upgrading.  Our catalog is about 2.2TB.  Any advice will be helpful.

Please do ensure that there are no network connectivity issues in the environment. This is the major hicup when you go to 8.1. Any Network issues in the environment will not allow the deployment of certificates at the time of upgrade or later on and in-turn cause all sorts of issues. 

Also do make a note of the new user and group that needs to be created on the master server.

Lastly if you use OpsCenter in your environment and unfortunately if it is on the master server itself then you may encounter issues at the time of upgrade as both kind of need the same port
