The bpfis log shows over 200 snapshot jobs. None match the time of the bpbrm log or your description. The loggiing level is minimal. Many snapshot jobs were running at any given time, for multiple policies. Most of them succeeded.
If you can, please find a time to run a single policy with no other jobs running. Otherwise, run the most controlled experiment you can. Collect matching logs from nbjm, bpbrm, bpfis, and bpbkar. Please provide policy and storage details for the backup.
