I'm getting very confused. In our environment we are getting numerous 156 errors on our VM backups. On looking at the bpfis log I am getting this error
VMware_freeze: BLIB is not supported.
This would be fine if it was true I would just turn block level incremental backup off and we would be ok, but the error is totally random, some nights the VMs will go through and do a BLIB backup, other nights I get that error, sometimes a re run will be successful other time I again get the error.
It's driving me mad - has anyone seen this? It's not true, becuase how is it not supported when it runs through ok sometimes, I hate these spurious error type messages.
