We use Netbackup Vault to simplify some of our Catalog and dup processes. One of the benefits of vault is that it can be config'd to send a Recovery Report at the end of the catalog backup that includes an awesome step by step procedure to recover the catalog in the event of the DR. We have Vault print this summary report automatically to our printer and send it offsite with our tape rotation. The problem is:
Step 9 is missing text at the end! We also get the same report in email and it is complete, but the automated printout is not. Anyone else experience this?
