NBU 5.1 MP3 Lotus Notes Agent Problem

Hello,

we have installed the Lotus Notes Agent on RedHat 2.4. The Installation was made by the helpg from the Document Veritas Netback 5.1 for Lotus Notes (System Admin Guide).

Now we have the following Error by backing up Lotus Notes.

27.06.2005 14:31:49 - Error bpbrm(pid=29819) from client inotes02-ge: ERR - Load of NetBackup for Lotus Notes extension failed: libvnbln.so: libnotes.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

an extension package is needed, but was not installed(9)
27.06.2005 14:31:50 - Error bpsched(pid=27216) suspending further backup attempts for client inotes02-ge, policy NET_INOTES2, schedule FULL because it has exceeded the configured number of tries

27.06.2005 14:31:50 - end writing
27.06.2005 14:31:50 - Error bpsched(pid=27216) backup of client inotes02-ge exited with status 9 (an extension package is needed, but was not installed)


The LIB Files are also located in the Directory /usr/openv/netbackup/lib and in
/lotus/notes/latest/linux

Can anyone help me ?

It seems that NetBackup cannot find libnotes.so in correct path.
Check Lotus Notes menu in client properties of inotes02-ge whther Path value is set correctly.
Also check permission of libnotes.so.

also check if database agent, lotus notes, linux has been installed.
that would install the necessary extension package.
