Hi,
 
We are using Netbackup 6.0 MP4 windows 2003 server.we have the image files in the folders, we are unable to see the same in the admin console catalog due to that unable to restore or duplicate the image to tape.
 
Can anyone help what could be the problem.

Do you have the Compress Catalog Interval option enabled (Admin Console > Host Properties > Master Server > Global Attributes)?  If so, does the number of days listed there coincide with the available images listed in the Backup, Archive, and Restore GUI for this client?

In which folder you have the image files. Image files need to be under in db\mages\<client_name>\<unixtime>\

Compress catalog intervel is not enabled. and image file in the storage unit(SAN BOX) in the disk.Normally we use to run the catalog report as per the data and month and policy then duplicate the same in tape.
 
We have contacted support team but they said to import the image but that doesn't work?
