e.g. "volatile" filesystems that are only applicable to the system as it is running now as a result of currently running processes etc.
DOCUMENTATION: Using the ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES policy directive or the root directory "/" as the Backup Selection automatically excludes directory contents of some filesystems such as /tmp and /proc from backup.

NetBackup automatically excludes the following file system types on most platforms:
■cdrom (all UNIX platforms)
■cachets (AIX, Solaris, SGI, UnixWare)
■devpts (Linux)
■mntfs (Solaris)
■proc (UNIX platforms; does not exclude automatically for AIX, so /proc must be added manually to the exclude list. If /proc is not added manually, partially successful backups may result with the ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES directive on AIX)
■tmpfs (Linux)
■usbdevfs (Linux)

Hi Baski,
As per my understanding all the mount points locally mounted on server will be backed up, apart from the network shared mounts as you have not selected any option of cross mount point or NFS......
