NBU 7.6.0.3 and Oracle 11g
is there a document to show the correct steps to restore Oracle backups using RMAN? specially when DBA says some archives(?) are not restored.

"specially when DBA says some archives(?) are not restored."
When a restore is started RMAN build a list of the archive logs / db files etc needed for the restore. When the restore is initiated the request is passed to NetBackup.
If there is a discrepancy it will be logged in the errors messages. Either NetBackup would tell RMAN it doesn't have the files (Files were not backed up), or if it could not restore the files (Files backed up but not available for some reason). Both of these scenarios would be logged.
If you have an issue such as this, post the logs.
It happens quite a lot that the DBA's remove logs files and don't tell backup admins about it.

This is an Oracle issue and should be asked on an Oracle forum.
All we can do from NBU point of view is to proof backups were successful, that retention levels are correct, and use bplist command (bplist -C <client-name> -t 4 -R /) to list valid, unexpired Oracle backups for the client.
If rman catalog is used, then the Oracle dba should perform 'crosscheck' to ensure the rman catalog and NBU image catalogs are in sync.
There are steps listed in NetBackup for Oracle Administrator's Guide but only covers high-level steps.
The manual actually says that Oracle documentation should be used for further details.
There are also sample rman restore scripts in the samples folder on the client. It is up to the dba if he wants to use the samples or run own rman commands.

i have found out this. DBAs are removing logs to keep the space controlled.
