Double entries of jobs in activity monitor of NBU 6.0 MP4

Hi, I am new with NBU 6.0 MP4, first thing i see is that double entries in activity monitor.One for pre processing and the other for actual job.Can this be changed to the old settings i.e. display 1 entry per job. This is quite urgent. Cheers.
