can't load SG driver on soalris 8

Hi all,
 have you got below error msg when installing your netbackup or running "sg.install"
command. im getting this error on my solaris 8 box when installing netbackup
6.0 server.

there are 4 x LTO 3 attached. and i can see it in /dev/rmt/ directory. any idea ? thanks much
