when through the netbackup error message and discovered that one of the policies is partially successful and it is displaying the error message as below:

I am puzzled by the line " can't open file: F:\Inetpub\wwwroot\jbsdev\perspective-catalog\catalog.wci\CiST0000.000 (WIN32 32: Unknown error)
Have anyone come across or experience this error, please share if possible.
