I suppose that you install the patch on the client.

My guess is that the oracle_link script is not updated by the patch. Try to do the link yourself.

Hi what is the name of the EEB that you are trying to install? as per your redhat version, you should use eebinstaller_3957954_1_linuxR_x86_2_6_18

besides, in the readme file it only talks about 18c and not 19c (I know that the technote says 19c but in the eeb it doesn't mention it..)

could you also share the output of this command from your client : ls -ltR /usr/openv/pack/EEB/

 Kind regards /H

Hi @Hamza_H

Thank you for your answer.

The EEB installed on both nodes is eebinstaller_3957954_1_linuxR_x86_2_6_18

but ls -ltR /usr/openv/pack/EEB/   shows nothing , no directory called EEB under pack

Hi @StefanosM

Thank you for your answer.

the patch is installed on both clients

i will try to do the link myself using the procedure you provided and give you a feedback

Hi  @Riadh_R17 ,

if there is nothing there it means the EEB isn't installed..
