nb7 new behavior of the exclude_list?!?!

Looks like netbackup 7 has a new behavior of the exclude list.
Before 7 all the agents (SAP, Lotus) did not used the exclude list.

I have a file named exclude_list (without policy) on my Unix host, which contains /oracle/*/sapdata
so that the oracle database doesn't get backuped by the 'standard'  policy for the operating system.

In version 6, the sap agent made a backup of the files inside this directory. In version 7, the files are excluded!!

Any one else noticed this behavior?
Anyone can confirm this changed behavior?

Hi,

if you did not already, please open a support case. 

IMO it should work as in version 6 means exclude_list should not work for any DB Agent.
