Which NBU version?
Please ensure that you have bpfis log folder on the client under ...\netbackup\logs.
Please post bpfis log after next failure.

Is the server a virtual mechine, you can go to D drive right click > shadow copy then settings and increase the size.. That might help.

Hi All,
My BNU version is netbackup 7.0, windows 2008 R2 X64
This backup policy have run for 6 months with no isuue, just recently havin this kind of error when running full backup.
Backup client is running on physical server, not VM server.
I go to fmdb1 client server check on c:\program files\veritas\netbackup\logs can not find that bpfis log folder.
Just can find bpfis.exe on \netbackup\bin directory only.

Are you working with khleong on the same issue or are you having a similar problem?
If you are not referring to khleong's particular problem, please start a new discussion?
Logs are not enabled by default - the folders need to created on the client under c:\program files\veritas\netbackup\logs.

Hi,
Do you try verify the Reveser DNS? Problems with status 156 (snapshot) may be resolved whith this.
Verify the Client is communicating properly:
* bpcltncmd -ip --> from both client and server
* bpclntcmd -hn --> from both client and server
* bpclntcmd -pn --> from client only
* bpcoverage -c clientname -> from master to verify connectivity.
Try and reply!
Regards...
