unknow issue

hi

I m new to netbackup. we have netbackup 6.5 with sl500 library, my most of backup are failing with diferent errors mostly 14, 6 41, i have observed some time services got stuck or got down itself. i have no clue whats going on plz let me know how to proceed further...

What is your master server OS?
how many media server do you have? 
are the backup of particular media server failing?
have u checked the system event logs for services review?

these all errors you listed are of different domains...

i am running netbackup6.5.1 on windows 2003 sp2, it is the only server we have rest are clients. I have checked the event logs but could not figure out any thing particular. small backups (that take few mins)are going fine. backup with more time getting failed.

system updated recently? or any other activity?

since morning no backup done. yesterday evening we have upgraded our AV in whole environement nothing much.

Thnx Taqadus.....i guess exlcuding directories and services has done the job for me....my backup is running and no issue yet....

sorry but i should have see the forum before posting. infect solution was here but i have not searched it.
