upgrading NBU5.0MP7 -> NBU6.5

hi,

i am going to upgrade from NBU5.0MP7 on Solaris8 to NBU6.5 on RHEL4u6.  we only have 1 master and 1 media servers.  is there a conversion process for the EMM database from Solaris to RHEL?

better still, can anyone enlighten me on the steps for this kind of upgrade?  i am a newbie. =D

Hi ricky,

Your master on Solaris can be moved to Linux via catalog backup and restore, but must be at same version : NBU50MP7 Solaris -> NBU50MP7 Linux or NBU651 Solaris -> NBU651 Linux.
