Hi folks,

i am looking to clear out some space on our netbackup server and /usr/openv/netbackup/db/images takes up a fair amount of space with directories under images for each server.  How can you purge old server info (servers that no longer exist), can you simply delete the directory or is there an option in activity monitor that i am missing?

thanks in advance.

If there are images under the directory and you no longer need the images then you should run bpexpdate on the image. Do not simply delete it.

If there are no images under the directory then you can delete the directory.
