Veritas never publish roadmaps of their products. There are some closed Webex meetings going on to showcase some new features, but you'll have to check out the forums/announcements for notification of the Beta.

No plans have been announced yet for Backup Exec 16, or whatever the next version will be called, but Backup Exec 15 Feature Pack 5 just came out and adds in some fantastic new features like Instant Recovery for VMware!
