Custom report in Opscenter

Hi,

Does anyone know how to create a report in Ops Center that will show me only those jobs that have 3 days in a row failed  on multiple media servers?

in other words..

I would like a one report (tabular) or a warning as a backup on a media servers 3 days in a row failed.
Is this possible in Opscenter Analytics?

Configuration:
We have approximately 130 media servers and these server are divided into 2 caso server . (Backupexec 10d SP3) 
The Caso server are added to Opscenter.

There is a Consecutive Failures Report that allows you to configure it for 3 days. As far as by media server, I did not see anything that you could select. You can set it up by policy, master server, schedule, and by job. Hope this helps.
