Editing a custom report

I've been reading the admin guide for OpsCenter and I'm trying to edit a report but I'm trouble finding all of the programming. We have 5 NetBackup evironments and the report emails the status of the jobs for all of our domian controllers. When I try to edit it I can't find where the server names are listed in the report. Can anyone tell me how to edit the list of server in this report?

When creating the custom report, you have a section for filters... 

1) Click on Reports, and select - create a new report

2) Choose Custom Report

3) Leave the Categories as default, select tabular as the view type, choose next

4) Set your Time Frame, and your Filters

Examples:

i) By Master Server:

ii) By Client Names:

Once you set set your filters, choose next

5) Choose your columns to report on, choose next to preview and save your report.
