How do I get an Opscenter(9.1) report to include database names?

Hi. I am trying to create a report that would include the names of the databases. Would anyone be able to tell me what I need to select to have the databases included in Opscenter reports? Thank you.

you can use Tabular backup report  and select the Job directory column.

you will see the DB names for each backup stream
