Noname on disk after Deport

I have had an unfortunate experience where I was attempting to cleanly shut down a Disk Group containing 8 disks with 3 different RAID sets (Mirror and 2x RAID 5). I deported the Disk Group successfully as I had done in the past but when I came to start the Disk Group up again on the same Server it only displays as a disk with "Noname" on it. I am unable to get the disk group to restart. I tried to restore with VxCBR and the disk lights flicker when the command is run. I have searched all the forums and google without any success. Can you please Help?

I uninstalled Storage Foundation and all the disks appeared..
However they are all marked as Foreign and when I try to import them I get the following error:

Does anyone know what this means?
