Hi
I am running Backup Exec System Recovery 2010 using files and folder option,
when i try to set the event trigger "any user logs on to the computer".
The event is not triggered upon logging out and logging on to the computer.
Is there anything that i should take note so that the event will be triggered?
How long does it take for the backup to start upon the happening of an event?
If a daily backup has been done, does the event trigger another backup??

I've just tested here with SP5 (9.0.5) and it worked fine. Please update to SP5 (reboot is required):

Can you confirm the service pack level (check in Help/About for version details) you are using?
This should trigger a backup regardless of whether or not a scheduled backup has been done.
