In BESR 8.5 on two sites the operation is being shown as "cancelled by user" even though there is no user interaction on the server at the time of the backups. It appears to happen after BESR runs it's cleanup tasks and removes the old backups that the operation cancels. I checked this solution (
https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/besr-corrupts-file-system-rdx-drive-cannot-backup) but it did not apply in my case. Neither has running LiveUpdate.
Is there any other possible causes? I have checked the Windows event viewer and only found event 57 events from back in June and the hard drives aren't SATA in these machines so that solution does not apply.
