BESR 8 Backups + Problems with Tivoli Storage Manager

Hello
i have an problem.
We backup our servers with Tivoli Storage Manager.
and make System Backup with BESR 8.0

Everynight Tivoli wants to backup - we get errors like :

Invalid file system '\\?\symantecsnapshot0\' drive type '6'

I can exclude Directories .. files etc.

What do i have to exclude in Tivoli to have a backup without these errors ?

There was a incompatibility between the Symantec Backup Exec System Recovery and the IBM file system filter drivers; have you tried using a previous version of IBM Tivoli Storage Manager (5.1 for example)?

I am having this exact same problem.  I noticed this post is over a year old, does Symantec have another solution besides "go to a previous version of Tivoli"?  TSM was functioning fine, it appears that BESR made some change to VSS which caused it to stop working being that the VSS errors are noting the "Symantecsnapshot".  Is there a fix for this?
