BESR Client on subnet not getting policy

Good day
Can you help me out with this issue
I've installed BESR Management Solution 2010 on Windows 2003, if I apply the same backup policy to the BESR Manager Server and a server on other Subnet it is unable to get it.
Already fixed a DNS issue and now the BESR Server on the subnet can resolve the FQDN and makes contact with the Task Server but still no policies and I know it is not receiving it because if I open its BESR Client it shows no policy and no backup location defined.
What other ports do I need open so the client gets the policy and effectively transfers the backup to the BESR Manager Server?

I think you just need TCP 80 and 443 between the BESR 2010MS and the BESR Server. But you might check the documentation for the altiris notification server.
