Net Stop /Start commands located on the BESRM product CD should be used to stop the ASA database BESRM uses so in the event you need to do a full system restore of the BESRM server the database would still be intact. At this time, there is not a method Symantec technical support can offer to do a partial restore of just the BESRM database, or to import/export it.
