Cannot choose option to backup selected files and folders when connecting via remote agent

I own backup exec system recovery 8.5 desktop edition.  I manage multiple computers through my console.  When connecting to computers via remote agent the option to only back up selected files and folders is greyed out (unavailalbe).  Can anyone help me with this?

I do have the same problem In the Symantec backup Excex System recovery 7.0.

Anyone that have an asnwer on this ?

The option is greyed out because it is not possible to do manage this type of backup remotely
