Hey there,
I have a computer that had BESR 8 installed, but always had a status of "Not Reporting." I decided to update it to BESR 8.5, as this has fixed the problem for other computers.
When I tried to run the installer for BESR 8.5 it got an error, so I decided to uninstall the original v. 8 first, then install 8.5. Still getting errors, and I am looking for some help.

Any ideas? I can't uninstall, I can't reinstall, and the program isn't working.
