Symantec system recovery, GRO for exchange

Last time I tried to contact Tech support they told there was no solution for the time it takes to mount the exchange store if we needed to restore a mailbox. Does anyone know if there has been a solution to this? It has been a while and I am thinking whether to change the product if we cannot achieve the same.
