I'm using Symantec System Recovery to backup my dell server and restore it to Fujitsu Siemens Tx200S3.
I click restore anyware and it prompt the all drivers.
During the installation, there was no error at all.

But after my fujitsu server restarted, the system cannot boot up. The result after restored :-

1- Sometimes screen goes blank.
2 - Sometimes screen come out with message :-No Operating System Found.

I've got the full licence file from Symantec Sales team to test the product for 60 days.

I did the same several times but still got the same result.

Any idea ? or someone face the same problem before ?

Actually we received the Symantec Licence File from symantec sales team to enable us to do a full testing.

But, how do I install that license ?

Thanks.

With the release of BESR 8.5 you can trial the product for 60 days; this trial does not require a product key for Restore Anyware option; though its cold imaging feature would require a product key. If you have not already done so I would try using its SRD to test your restores.
