Using Backup Exec System Recovery with StorageWorks 440

Hello everyone,

Recently 2 of our 3 hard drives on our RAID-5 went down, in which is forcing us to recover our data from our tapes. We use Backup Exec 12.

I boot into BESR disk, except it's having a problem seeing my tape backup (HP StorageWorks 440). I have tried to load on the drivers from the CD, but still nothing.  These are attached through SCSI, and we are still waiting for the new drives to come in. 

Does anyone have any idea why thie HP StorageWorks isn't appearing?
