Windows 2008 Restore Anywhere

I am trying to restore a Windows 2008 server to different hardware.  Booting to the SRD, and the recovery process almost completes and the following error comes up:

Error EBAB03EE:  Operating System API
[RegistryOperations::GetinfofromRegistry] RegQueryValue ExW(Target_Hive_Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CV\Time Zone\Eastern Standard Time, Index) failed
Error 00000002.  The system cannot find the file specified.

Any ideas?

Thanks.
Scott

-Restore the missing times zones on the OS you are moving to new hardware:
-Take new backup & try to move to hardware again.

Sorry the tip did not help you. I would suggest that you open a support ticket with BESR support.

If this is still a problem, try this:
On PC you wish to migrate, change your time zone via the clock to another time zone, then change back to your original time zone. Then take new back up and perform the migration again. Let us know if this works.

What happens if within the recovery environment you change from the main recovery environement menu the regional information and then attempt your restore? Does restoring using the 8.5 CD report the same issues?
