I have the remote agent running on an xp pro workstation when I backup or restore to this machine agent is not recognized- does backup by shadow copy- no restore Also would not push the agent to workstation FYI

Was not able to push the remote agent from Backup exec 10.1d to win XP Pro. Copied the RANT32 folder to the root c directory of WIN XP machine and ran setupaa.cmd from the cmd black screen C:RANT32:\ prompt. Machine pauses for a few seconds goes back...
