I'm getting quite a few of these errors when I run searches. Any idea what would cause this? I've run the utility to check the indexes and it's showing they are all good.

shift delete doesn't work in Outlook 2003 with EV client installed

Using EV 7.0.1.2002 client While the message is deleted, it's sent to the Deleted Items folder, not hard deleted. Remove the client, it works. Anyone know if this is fixable, or part of the package?
