BE 9.1 for Netware not able to append to DLT tape

There are several problems with my BE 9.1 (revision 1158).    First, it has stop appending to the backup tapes even though there are a lot of space on those tapes.  Secondly, when BE started, the two tape drives (two-drive library) are always disable...
