Im getting many failed backups on two of my new citrix servers. Is there a special wand i must waive to get them to work? I recieve network time out errors.Can anyone help?Thanks.

Not sure how to ask this question... I cant see anything in activity monitor. On master and media servers when launching activity monitor. any ideas? im running 6.5.2A Any help is appreciated. Thanks ABT
