WRN - Removable Storage Managent: unable to export database (WIN32 21: The device is not ready)

I'm running Windows 2003 with Netbackup 5.1 MP5 server trying to backup a client running W2K3 with Netbackup 5.1 MP5 and receiing the following WRN. Any ideas as to what's causing this and how can it be fixed. Thanks.

Thanks All, After disabling RSM and adding the exclude line, the WRN message has gone.
