I have tried the upgrade process twice now with the same error.It looks like if I want to move forward with version 12 I will need to recreate all of my jobs.Can someone please direct me as to how I may be able to import all of my 11d data into a new...

There is no formal error code and no reference made as to what log I may look at for details.A pop up message appears on the screen during set up and tells me, in so many words, that the database import failed and I won't have my jobs or job history....

Just trying 12 now. I am having troubles getting the upgrade process to go cleanly.It fails to import my database from 11 to 12. A clean install works fine but I don't want to have to recreate my jobs and lose all my history.
