Upgrade from 11d to 12 fails to import jobs and job history

I have tried the upgrade process twice now with the same error.
It looks like if I want to move forward with version 12 I will need to recreate all of my jobs.
Can someone please direct me as to how I may be able to import all of my 11d data into a new install of 12?

What error are you getting?
BE12 should simply import the BE11d data.

There is no formal error code and no reference made as to what log I may look at for details.
A pop up message appears on the screen during set up and tells me, in so many words, that the database import failed and I won't have my jobs or job history.
I have rolled back to 11 and will stay there most likely until 12 has a service pack come out.

Please call technical support and they should be able to help you migrate the data.
