Dlls and Executables Have Size of Zero

I think my windows 2003 64-bit server has Netbackup 32-bit installed on it because some of my executables and dlls are zero size. Does anyone know how to determine whether or not 32-bit or 64-bit NetBackup is installed ? Thanks
